Backorder
Placing a backorder means that the product is not yet in stock and will have to be ordered for you specifically. This means that once we receive your order we immediately start preparing the order for SEKA Bikes. Frames that are not in stock will be made to order at SEKA Bikes. This process from ordering to the manufacturing of your frame to the delivery to our store will usually take 3 to 4 months.
Once we receive your order we will make sure the entire order is complete and gets one final quality check from us. When it passes our test you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount on the order, once this invoice has been fulfilled we ship out the order to your doorstep.
In stock order
When a product is in stock we will immediately prepare the order for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and that there is no damage. When it passes our test you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount on the order, once this invoice has been fulfilled we ship out the order to your doorstep.
Deposit
We charge a 50% deposit, this deposit in its entirety will be used to fund your order. The reason for this is as followed
- It ensures you that the bike has been paid in full and will be shipped from SEKA to us as soon as the production has finished
- It ensures you that there will be no surprises once production has finished and the order is ready for shipment at SEKA
- It ensures us that you are as committed to the bike as we are
Refunds (subject to change)
- Within two weeks 100%
- Within two months 75%
- Within three months 50%
- Within four months 25%
